Why I'm building toflow.ai
At RDash, my previous company, I was heading sales enablement alongside my responsibilities as CTO. That gave me a front-row seat to a problem most existing AI tools weren't solving well: the advances in AI were opening up major opportunities in outbound, but nobody had really put them to work yet.
The idea for toflow.ai was born out of solving that itch for ourselves. It later grew into a full entrepreneurial journey, and I decided to take it further and make the product available to a much larger set of customers.
The problem with today's outbound stack
One of the core problems toflow.ai is trying to solve is how fragmented the top of the funnel has become.
On one end, you have prospecting and data-enrichment tools that help you find and research prospects. On the other end, you have sequencing tools that take that enriched, qualified data and run campaigns on top of it. Even within sequencing, tools are usually siloed by channel — one for email, another for LinkedIn, another for WhatsApp.
The result is a mess. Once campaigns are running across multiple channels, managing replies coming back from each of them becomes genuinely hard. The typical fix is to stitch everything together through a CRM via integrations — which works, but turns your outbound stack into a system that needs a dedicated GTM engineer just to keep it running. Managing the top of the funnel becomes a full-time job in itself.
That's the exact problem we set out to solve.
Why now
As agentic AI capabilities keep unlocking new possibilities, a unified context — your prospect data, ICP qualification metrics, campaigns, and replies, all in one place — starts to become a self-evolving learning layer. That's what makes it possible to build AI agent systems that work for the business on their own: automatically identifying the right prospects, reaching out to them, and working around the clock so new business opportunities keep flowing in toward your revenue goals.
That's the future toflow.ai is building toward.
If you're a founder or a sales team drowning in outbound busywork, I'd love to hear from you. This is just the beginning.
